Lucinda Koza

After becoming her father's sole caregiver at a young age, Lucinda Koza founded I-Ally, a community-based app that provides access to services and support that fulfill the unique needs of millennial family caregivers. Her work has been published in Thought Catalog, Medium Women, Caregiving.com and Hackernoon.com. She was featured in 'Founded by Women: Inspiration and Advice from over 100 Female Founders' by Sydney Horton. Mrs. Koza was a member of the 2021 TechCrunch Include Cohort, the SheWorx + AWS Startups Mentorship Program 2020, and is a current member of All Raise Org’s Visionary Voices Speakers Bureau and the Lyfebulb Patient Entrepreneur Circle. She received the Honorable Mention Award in the Lyfebulb + Orexo Innovation Challenge and the Intermitten’s 2020 Changemaker Award. A passionate storyteller, Mrs. Koza also premiered short film 'Laura Point' at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival and most recently co-directed 'Caregivers: A Story About Them' with Egyptian filmmaker Roshdy Ahmed. She has, most recently, become a new mother to fraternal twins, and will be exploring ideas of mothering and caregiving as essential labor in her upcoming work with Authority Magazine.
